Peter L. Jordan
COO
Throughout his corporate career, Mr. Jordan has contributed to several large public corporations as well as several startups. As a Founder and Corporate Executive Team leader for several key technology development companies, Mr. Jordan has built Enterprise sales and business development teams that supported both direct and indirect sales models. Several of these companies exited with successful acquisitions by either Public Corporations or Private Equity firms.
In 2001, Mr. Jordan joined HighBAR Ventures as an Operating Executive. For 14 years his primary role was to perform due diligence, consult and advise with HighBAR’s startup portfolio companies as well as raise startup funding from Venture and Corporate Capital Firms. By reviewing these startups business operations, he helped them to find product-to-market adoption with unfair advantages, create winning partner ecosystems and a build a repeatable sales model, which lead to significant growth in valuations for each company. In addition, Mr. Jordan also assisted in the raising capital for one of the HighBAR Funds.
He received a BA from the University of Vermont, played NCAA II ice hockey and participated in US Olympic Sailing and Americas Cup development programs.

New challenges beckoned and after several years at engineering, and further qualifications added went onto join Fugro/Seacore a global based geotechnical and heavy piling offshore/nearshore contractor, where a global logistics mangers role beckoned, after a time promotion to global operations manager with overall purview to up to 40 sites and 350 personnel, these included Hong Kong, Grand banks, Chicago Great Lakes, Oresund Bridge, and so on.
Management roles continued throughout my career with qualifications in Lifting Equipment Safety LEEA 1-2 and Nano Materials Degree as part of an Open University Study, further readings to include chemistry interaction within Earth’s atmosphere and mitigation of GHG, several perceived projects to include remote manufacture of 02 in a Martian Atmosphere and Hydrogen Production facilities on the Lunar surface for future space based habitats, ION based heavy flight vehicles encompassing onboard static generators, and decarbonisation of shipping through the PLAT system.
From early beginnings a competitive individual particularly in the of sports activities, cycling however formed the bulk of an early foray and was invited over to France to ride for several seasons under the feeder squad Renault Dinard. Several awards followed and milestones on the ladder culminating in several large pro/am events.
